How loyalty pricing works

Proposed rates reward continuous monthly Cloud subscriptions, with reductions at the next eligible renewal after each milestone. Automatic loyalty billing is not active. Starting and annual prices remain unchanged. Annual subscriptions are priced separately; loyalty discounts do not stack with annual billing.

Standard Cloud account creation is included. Optional hands-on assistance is agreed separately.

Cloud subscriptions are available.Pay securely through Square. Your customer workspace is prepared after verified payment. Server delivery remains unavailable until the licensed release is approved.

How Loyalty Pricing is intended to work

Loyalty would apply to your base monthly Cloud subscription only. Annual prices remain independently configured, so discounts are not stacked. Server and the £99 one-off Website Bookings add-on are separate.

Continuous InteliFix tenure would carry across package and billing-interval changes. A cancellation request would retain your rate until paid access expires; resuming before expiry would preserve continuity. Returning after voluntary expiry would normally start at the then-current standard rate.

A temporary failed payment would follow the normal retry and grace policy, not immediately remove loyalty. Final billing rules and terms will be confirmed before this programme launches.

Plan and Server licence conditions
  • Staff limits include the owner. Staff and branch limits are approved allowances; enforcement is still being completed.
  • Planned features are not available for sale as completed functionality. Availability remains subject to release verification.
  • Security, data export and access to existing records are not premium features. Downgrades must preserve existing data and suitable read/export access.
  • Solo supports manually entered repair parts without stock management.
  • Payment-provider and SMS charges are separate.
  • Server has Business-equivalent feature allowances for one production installation. Hosting, security and backups are the customer's responsibility.
  • Server includes 12 months of updates and support. Maintenance is optional thereafter; the installed version continues operating without renewal, but updates and support end.
  • Removing InteliFix branding does not grant resale or sublicensing rights.

Website Bookings integration

£99 one-off
No recurring add-on fee.

Connect one supported business website to InteliFix. Compatible website connectors automatically create jobsheets from customer-submitted details and pass through booking dates and times. A hosted request form with staff review is also available.

Standard connection setup is included. Bespoke website development, third-party plugin licences and payment-provider fees are separate.

Cloud requires an active subscription. Server use continues with the licensed version; updates and support follow its maintenance agreement.
