Server requirements

Platform
Linux x86-64 with a dedicated, non-root application owner.
PHP
PHP 8.5.x for both the website (PHP-FPM) and command-line tasks.
Framework
Laravel 13 and the application dependencies are included in the release package. You do not need to create a separate Laravel application.
Database
MariaDB 10.11+ or MySQL 8.0+, with a dedicated user and a new, empty database for installation.
Web server
Nginx or Apache configured for PHP, with the document root pointing only to the application's public/ directory.
Security
A valid HTTPS certificate and a hostname matching your Server licence. Keep configuration, private files and licence documents outside the public web root.
Protected releases
A compatible ionCube Loader for the supplied encoded package and PHP 8.5. Loader compatibility is checked before an encoded package is approved for supply.
Background tasks
Access to configure the Laravel scheduler every minute and a supervised queue worker when queued tasks are enabled, using the same PHP 8.5 runtime.
Storage & recovery
Space for the application, database and uploads, plus encrypted off-host backups and a tested restore process. Capacity depends on your workload and photo usage.
Email
Your own configured mail service for sending email. Brevo is optional for the supported email-tracking integration.
Required PHP extensions

ctype, curl, dom, fileinfo, filter, gd, hash, iconv, json, mbstring, openssl, PDO, pdo_mysql, posix, session, sodium, tokenizer, xml, zip

Enable the applicable extensions in both the web and command-line PHP environments. The installer checks the runtime before installation.

InteliFix Server is self-hosted: you or your hosting provider maintain the operating system, web server, security and backups. The release package's installation guide remains the reference for that specific version.

Website Bookings add-on

With the £99 one-off Website Bookings add-on, a compatible website pre-booking form automatically creates a jobsheet from customer details, fault information and photos, and passes through the booking schedule supplied by the website. General contact enquiries remain separate from repair pre-bookings. The alternative hosted request form uses staff review. Standard connection setup for one supported website is included.
